The houses have a capacity ranging from 4 to 10 beds each. Each lodge has a fireplace, is elegantly furnished and has private facilities, crockery, pots and pans, kitchen linens, sheets, blankets and towels.

Outside the lodges and supporting the structure there is also a wood oven open to all guests’ use. The houses of the small village (800 meters above sea level) dominate the imposing valley on Valnerina and are immersed in the green setting of private meadows and woods private meadows and woods.

Thanks to its geographical position, the house is considered an ideal base for exploring cities of great historical, archaeological and religious value, such as Assisi, Spoleto, Norcia and Cascia. Those who love sports can enjoy wonderful walks, horse riding, riding the mules and mountain bike along the recommended routes such as the old railway along the River.

The stretch No-Kill of Black River is the undisputed realm of those who love fishing with the fly. In the warmer months the pool is at disposal of customers. Furthermore, you can enjoyrafting and kayaking , participating in guided descends on the Black River for a period of about an hour and a half; also venturing into hydro-trekking along the bed of the river by walking or taking advantage of the current to be transported and swim.

Olmo

The elm is composed of a large living room with kitchen, a cast iron stove English style and a bathroom; the loft has a double and a single bed with the possibility of having two other beds in the living room.

Ornello

Ornello is comprised of a ground floor with one double bedroom, a living room with fireplace and a toilet and on the first floor there is one double bedroom, one twin room and one bathroom.

Trastullo

The Trastullo, which was once the cow’s stable, has remained as such except for some restoration to the walls and the construction of the chimney. It is now used as a restaurant room where we cook simple food, typical of Umbria and Italy in general and breakfast with our home made cakes.

Quercia

The Quercia is comprised of a ground floor with a twin room, bathroom and lounge with fireplace and kitchenette. On the first floor there are two rooms, one double and one single, single loft and bathroom.
